About Nagaland Stays
Every place to stay in Nagaland, and the people who run them.
Nagaland Stays puts every homestay, lodge, hotel, resort and campsite in Nagaland on one map. Guests find a place and contact the owner directly. Owners get found by the people looking for them.
Why we started
Many of Nagaland’s best stays are hard to find online. Their numbers are scattered across Facebook pages, old blogs and word of mouth. Guests give up, and good hosts miss guests who would have loved staying with them. We want to close that gap.
Free for everyone
No commission, no ads, and no paying to rank higher. Guests talk to owners directly on WhatsApp or by phone, and every place is listed the same way.
How listings are gathered
We start from official tourism lists, maps and public pages. Then someone from our team calls or messages each place to confirm it’s open, that the number works, and where it is.
- Contact verified with a date means we spoke with the owner or manager on that number.
- Not yet verified means we haven’t reached them yet, so details may be out of date.
- Last verified with a date means we haven’t been able to reach them recently.
Spotted something wrong? Tell us and we’ll check it within a day.
Photos
Photos come from public listings such as Google Maps, credited to their source. Owners can add their own photos, or replace or remove any photo, at any time.
For owners
Is your place missing, or does something need fixing? List it or update it for free on WhatsApp or through our form. It’s your page, and you’re in charge of how guests reach you.
Where we’re going
We think travel works best when it connects people. Guests discover the warmth of a Naga home, and hosts build something of their own. Nagaland Stays starts with places to stay, but our hope is bigger: to help Nagas start and grow their own businesses, give them a place online to share what they do, and help guests and hosts both come away better for having met.
